This personal recruiting outreach website is operated for SPC Elhadji Wagne, a Hawaiʻi Army National Guard assistant recruiter. It is not an official government enlistment system.

What the form saves

Your name, phone number, optional email, island, interests, contact preference, optional message, and consent are saved with the time of submission. A QR visit is labeled “Website QR” when its form is submitted. Please do not send Social Security numbers, medical histories, or documents through this form.

How it is used

SPC Wagne and authorized website administrators use your submission to respond to your request and discuss Guard opportunities. The private recruiting workspace holds contact information, recruiting stages, follow-up notes and dates, appointments, and activity records. Existing recruiting information may also be imported from the team’s tracker. Administrators can correct records and export them for reporting. The website does not automatically synchronize changes with OneDrive.

Access and technical records

The recruiting workspace, editing controls, notes, reports, original tracker files, and exports require an authorized website team account. Administrators use individual passwords. The website owner can create, pause, or reset administrator access. Changes to recruiting records are logged with the administrator’s name and time. Website hosting providers process the information to run the service and may keep standard service logs. The form uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit spam. No advertising or analytics trackers have been added to this website. Answers in the free /asvab study tools stay on the open page and are not sent to the lead inbox. A functional cookie remembers whether the workspace sidebar is open; recruiter sign-in uses this website’s password login and a secure, HttpOnly session cookie that expires after 12 hours.

Your choice

Submitting the form is voluntary and does not commit you to enlistment. You can ask SPC Wagne to stop contacting you, correct your details, or remove your inquiry by emailing elhadjicwagne@gmail.com or calling 8084762565. Records are retained for recruiting follow-up unless removed. Leads moved to Trash remain recoverable until the recruiter permanently deletes them. Permanent deletion removes the website inbox record. Original tracker archives, exports, and backups are separate copies; ask SPC Wagne about information retained in those copies.

Other websites and apps

Call, text, email, Instagram, Microsoft, Grammar Hero, YouTube, study-book providers, and official Guard links open separate services with their own privacy practices. Using a contact link does not automatically create a website lead.
